About Us
Paul Graham
Paul has always enjoyed the thrill of bettering himself and helping others to unlock their potential.
A bit about Paul…
Paul started running in 2013 to try to lose some weight, at the time he was over 13 stone. His first race was Brighton Marathon which he completed in 4 hours 25 minutes. Fast forward to present, over 4 stone lost and almost 2 hours taken off his marathon time and competing for Wales. Along the way, he has made mistakes; he has learned and he is still learning with the ambition of running even faster than his current personal bests.
The things Paul has learned along the way can help others to achieve their goals and reach their potential!

Clara Evans-Graham
A bit about Clara…
I first discovered my love for running as a child at my local athletics club, where I learned the basics of the sport and the joy of competing. Those early years gave me the foundation, discipline, and passion that still drive me today.
Since then, my running has taken me from grassroots club races to representing both Wales and Great Britain on the international stage. Over the years, I’ve steadily developed my performance, culminating in a Welsh marathon record of 2:25:01 at the 2023 Valencia Marathon.
My career highlights include competing at the Commonwealth Games, winning European team gold in the half marathon in Rome, helping Team GB to World Championship team bronze, and making my Olympic debut in Paris 2024 and finishing as the first British woman home. I also hold the Welsh half marathon record of 1:09:00.
I now train with Pontypridd Roadents AC, and my passion is still the same as it was when I was a child: to keep pushing my limits, keep learning, and inspire others to see how far their own running journey can take them.
